1. Refund for defective or damaged products

All products are made from used fabrics, so there may be some stains or scratches.
We pay attention to the selection of the fabric, but please note that we may ignore stains and scratches that are not visible when worn, as they do not interfere with use.
However, if there is a defect that clearly interferes with use, we will refund including the shipping fee.
If you wish to return the item, please contact us within one week after the item arrives.
If you are concerned about stains or scratches on individual products, please contact us before ordering.

2. Except in the case of defective or damaged products

We will accept returns within one week after the item arrives.
If you return the item without notice, we may not be able to accept the return, so please be sure to contact us before returning.
In the case of returning, customers are to pay the shipping fee and the transfer fee when refunding.
